Can I get anonymous help if I’m worried about my online behavior?

There are several advice lines from which you can get anonymous and confidential advice. When you’re anonymous, you can get help without sharing your name, address, or other personal information.

Confidential advice also means that the counselors have a duty of confidentiality - they won’t tell anyone what you tell them.

The counselors are all professional adults who are used to helping young people in difficult situations. They will therefore meet you with kindness and try to help you in the best possible way.
