Where can I get help if I’m under age 18?

There are facilities in all five regions in Denmark that offer assessment and treatment. However, you cannot ask for help directly. Your doctor or social worker will need to ask on your behalf.

You may always privately contact a psychologist. You can do this without a referral form your doctor, but you will have to pay for it yourself.
