You can report yourself. That may sound scary, but by telling an adult, you can make sure you get help to get better again. It’s definitely a difficult situation, but your attempt to make the situation good again shows that you are brave and responsible.

What happens when you break the silence depends on what you have done and your age. In Denmark, the age of criminal responsibility is 15. That means that when you turn 15, you will be sentenced according to the penal code.
